By booking, purchasing, or using our lawn care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide professional lawn care and maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and seasonal cleanup. The details of each service will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
3. Service Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept various forms of payment, including cash, e-transfer, and other approved methods.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.
5. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are provided based on the information given by the client. Final charges may vary depending on property size, condition, or additional work required.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure their property is accessible and free of obstacles at the time of service. We are not responsible for damages caused by hidden debris or obstructions.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to perform services safely and professionally, Harry’s Lawn Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Property Damage
If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the damaged area/item up to a reasonable amount. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at our discretion, especially in cases of unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the service is provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that province.
